Luis visited my home today and took care of everything on my AC on a difficult 3-story home. Extremely professional, courteous, punctual, friendly and knowledgeable, it felt like every aspect of this interaction was carefully planned ahead of time. I explained the problems and within a few minutes, he had walked up and down the 3 stories evaluating everything and then quickly diagnosed the issues. Also, in this uncertain time of Covid, Luis arrived with a mask, gloves, and booties, taking the utmost care in his interaction with me and my home. I literally said “Wow, that was fast” when he showed me everything was now functional and working properly. And in the end — an extremely fair price for this level of service. Just had 2 new air conditioning (heat pump) units installed at our house. The old ones were 21 years old and on their last legs. From the time that David took my call and Mike showed up to inspect and provide an estimate I knew I was in good hands. After approving the estimate we had to wait about a week and a half for the units to be ordered, delivered and installed. I figured this was a very acceptable timeline, considering we were in the heat of the summer and they likely have lots of calls and other customers to attend to. Their foreman Eric and his assistants were top-notch from beginning to end. Taking care to not only lay down tarps throughout the walkways in the house but vacuumed and cleaned up meticulously each day before they left. I can't say enough good things about this company, so I am certain that anyone who uses them in the future will have a similar experience. Thanks a million!!
